Eligibility Criteria
3.1 Academic Qualifications
- Graduate degree in following disciplines only (BBA/MBA/B.Tech or equivalent)
- Minimum 65% aggregate marks in graduation.
3.2 Skills & Attributes
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet navigation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and adapt to digital tools
- Team collaboration skills
3.3 Other Requirements
- Age: 21 – 23 years
- Fresh graduates| Final year students who can produce NOC | or maximum 1 year of work experience
- Availability for dedicated commitment (9 months) & clear about making a career in Digital Marketing Domain.
Program Admission & Career Progression Process
1. Application & Selection
- Candidates must apply with their resume for the program.
- Only those candidates whose resumes are found ‘FIT to Apply’ will receive the Detailed Program Module.
2. Financial Commitment
- Selected candidates are required to pay a Training Fee of INR 65,000/- per person.
- This fee is payable in two installments and must be borne by the candidate.
- Note: Once the program has commenced, the training fee is non-refundable under any circumstances if a candidate chooses to leave midway.
3. Training & Certification
- Candidates must successfully complete all training modules within a 6 month framework.
- Upon successful completion, they will receive a Training cum Internship Certificate and an Offer Letter to join the company team.
4. Probationary Period (3 Months)
- The initial engagement with the company is a 3-month probation period.
- During this probation, a consolidated salary of INR 10,000/- will be provided.
5. Full-Time Absorption
- After the successful completion of probation, the candidate will be absorbed into the company’s regular rolls.
- The absorption will be at a CTC of INR 1.5 to 2 Lakhs (based in Dehradun), contingent upon performance.
- The candidate is expected to serve in this role for a minimum period of 1 year.
6. Exit Conditions
- A candidate may choose to leave the program during or after the probation period by serving a notice period of 1 month.
